The ceremony AND reception will both be held at the Belvedere Events & Catering in Elk Grove Village, IL. The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm, followed by a cocktail hour, diner and then we can party until 11! ***Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:00 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time!***

To help us with or planning, we ask that you Kindly RSVP by May 30th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no". This is because we do need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner!

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know ASAP and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones allocated via your official wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one!

On your invitation, if your child(ren) is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate them- we hope you can understand!

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. For men, this might mean a jacket and tie or traditional suit, or even a long sleeve button down and slacks. For women, this means floor length or midi length dresses (Just NO white colored dresses!). The bridal part is wearing floor length black dresses, so if possible to avoid that, that would be great!

Yes, of course! We will be serving hors d'oeuvres throughout the cocktail hour, and will have a served dinner during the reception. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. We will also have a "midnight snack" towards the end of the night!

Our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer that will be documenting our special day. At the reception however, we ENCOURAGE you to take lots of photos and to please share them with us when you're able to!

YES! Please drink on us, have fun and celebrate!

Luckily there will be complimentary valet parking! Also- if you are staying at the Country Inn and Suites (YAY!) the venue is connected to the hotel, so there is no need to worry about parking!
